At the end of your order normal shipment cost will be added.
EXAMPLE : We inform our customers, from outside the European Community ( example U.S.A., Japan, Canada etc.) that all customs duties are payable by the recipient. The amount varies from country to country. For more information, we suggest you contact your local customs office. When UPS deliver the merchandise they ask for the custom's payment immediately. They need an adult to sign for package Purchases made from Madova by Internet, fax or letter are subject to the condition D.Lgs n.185 May 22 1999, the legislative decree which regulates the right to return merchandise. Merchandise must be returned to the retailer within 10 (ten) days of receipts. A customer who wishes to exercise this right must: a.) send a registered letter (air mail) with a copy of the return package receipt to the retailer within 10 (ten)days of receiving the merchandise, expressing his intention to exercise this right as regulated by D.Lgs n. 185 May 22 1999. or b.)send a fax and email to the retailer within 10 (ten) days, expressing his intent as indicated above. Also send a registered letter (air mail) with return receipts. All communications regarding returned merchandise must be addressed to: Madova s.r.l. - Direz. Amministrativa - Via Guicciardini 1r 50125 Firenze ITALY The customers who intend to return merchandise, whether by method (a) or (b) as indicated above must also: Send the merchandise to Madova only by Registered Air Mail within 10 (ten) days of receipts,defined as date of postmark. Write outside the package: DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE NO COMMERCIAL VALUE Don't include the invoice, just your name address and the order number. Mailing expenses for the return of merchandise must be paid by customers. The merchandise must be returned in good condition and MUST NOT BE USED Within 30 days of receiving the merchandise in question ( if it is in good condition and not used) Madova will credit the cost of merchandise to the customer's credit card. In no case will any shipping or delivery charges be refunded. These expenses are paid by customers in any case. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund. In alternative we can give you a credit for future order. Anyway we suggest you to contact us before any choose. |
