Different ways of payment :

• by credit card (VISA,MASTERCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS)
• by personal cheque in Euro ( only from European Euro Community) or in U.S. $ only from United States of America.

- After choosing the desired product, choose the correct size and colour, insert the quantity and click on the icon .
- The contents of the shopping cart can be checked at any time. Once the articles are choosen, their price and the total cost will be displayed.
- When you have finished choosing the styles , review the order and click on "NEXT".
- At this point the Order Summary is displayed. Now insert all data requested and click to SEND ORDER.
- At the next step we give you an order number and an email will be sent you .
- Now you have to choose the kind of credit card (Visa,Mastercard or American Express). and you will be connected to Secure Server . The system automatically opens a safe page on the
bank server with the information regarding the order. When you insert the credit card number it will be
encrypted and trasmitted only to the bank ( Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze) server. This is a secure server
with a 128 bit encryptor, so customers can safely send this information. The credit card number and the amount
due are transmitted to the bank, and the bank transmits them to the international credit card circuits for
autorization. The Bank institute which issued the credit card recives the request and replies to the Cassa
di Risparmio di Firenze.The bank server redirects the replay to the virtual store and the customer will see
a page which confirms if the transaction has been successful. At the same time, the Cassa di Risparmio di
Firenze sends two email messages, one to the customer and one to Madova, with a summary of the transaction:
name of the shop, date and time of the transaction, amount due and authorization.
During the above steps, no financial transaction has been made: the credit card has been checked
for validity and availability of funds, and the amount due has been subtracted from the credit
available; the credit card owner has not paid and the shop has not received payment.
PAYMENTS IS NOT MADE UNTIL THE RETAILER (MADOVA s.r.l.) ADVISES THE BANK THAT THE
MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN SENT, ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD REGULATIONS.

How to exchange the gloves
If the gloves you have bought or ordered are not the correct size, you are able to change them, by sending a package by registered AIR MAIL. Don't send the gloves by Federal Express,DHL,UPS or similar .

Purchases made from Madova by Internet, fax or letter are subject to the condition D.Lgs n.185 May 22 1999,
the legislative decree which regulates the right to return merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned to the retailer within 10 (ten) days of receipts.
A customer who wishes to exercise this right must:
a.) send a registered letter (air mail) with a copy of the return package receipt to the retailer within
10 (ten)days of receiving the merchandise, expressing his intention to exercise this right as regulated by
D.Lgs n. 185 May 22 1999.
or
b.)send a fax and email to the retailer within 10 (ten) days, expressing his intent as indicated above. Also
send a registered letter (air mail) with return receipts.
All communications regarding returned merchandise must be addressed to:

The customers who intend to return merchandise, whether by method (a) or (b) as indicated above must also:
Send the merchandise to Madova only by Registered Air Mail within 10 (ten) days of receipts,defined
as date of postmark.
Write outside the package:
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE NO COMMERCIAL VALUE
Don't include the invoice.

Mailing expenses for the return of merchandise must be paid by customers.
The merchandise must be returned in good condition and MUST NOT BE USED
Within 30 days of receiving the merchandise in question ( if it is in good condition and not used) Madova
will credit the cost of merchandise to the customer's credit card. In no case will any shipping or delivery
charges be refunded. These expenses are paid by customers in any case.

In alternative we can give you a credit for future order. Anyway we suggest you to contact us before any
choose.
